How did you hear about us and why do you want to join Kittens Ltd.?
I have seen you all in game and did some research on your activity and progression. My current guild stopped raiding last expansion and I have come back after a long hiatus to find little to do.
Do you know anyone currently playing within our guild? if so, who?

Do you want to join as a social member or a raider?
Social in the first instance, until I have finished gearing up and learning current content. If I feel ready I may apply to continue on as a raider, however I would be more than willing to fill a spot as required if I am online.

What do you feel you can contribute to the guild?
I am a competent player if not currently raid ready, so I will make a good addition to dungeon/scenario runs necessary for valor farming. In the long term I hope to show my competence as a solid 10-Man raider.
What are you like as a person?
This is difficult to answer, but my Belbin personality type is Resource Investigator/Shaper. Overall I am an extrovert yet mature with a broad experience background.

Previous guild(s) and what positon were you in, did you have any mandate as that position, if so what?:
My main guild for the last few expansions has been Bottle or Tree, where I have held Officer roles including raid leading, recruitment and general guild admin/loot distribution. They specialized in 10 man raiding until the end of the last expansion (they were 25 man during Ulduar). BoT will always be my spiritual home but on average 2 people are on at any given time.
I have had a short spell in MadHouse as well.
Why did you get kicked/leave/want to leave?

Previous raiding experience - what class did you play during that time? MoP raid experience of most interest. But also fun for us too see what you raided beforehand:
The highest level I raided at with BoT was doing Ulduar hard modes when they were still relevant playing my hunter. Most of that expansion we were top 5-10 horde guild and it was a great experience. During some of this period I was raid leading, which gave an interesting perspective. While with MadHouse for a short period I was invited on a couple of raids on 25 Man Hc ICC which was eye opening and is a level I would aspire to if I played WoW every day.
Last expansion I raided everything 10man , mainly as a blood tank which was satisfying when we eventually killed Deathwing.
Which expansion did you enjoy the most, and why?
WotLK due to Ulduar being the most enjoyable raid I have ever done.
